For over thirty years, Eichenlaub has been
providing premier landscape services to discerning customers throughout
southwestern Pennsylvania. A diverse residential and commercial
clientele utilizes our installation and management services. Our
extensive experience with residential properties has enabled us to
handle everything from the confined urban garden to full-scale estate
property management. Eichenlaub's commercial customers include
businesses, institutions, governmental entities, and conservation
organizations. We have the knowledge, staff, and equipment to make any
landscape flourish. Our office building is used by Eichenlaub's administrative, sales, and
design staff. Advanced communications, technical, and computer systems
are part of every office. This allows all customer inquiries to be
addressed as efficiently as is possible.
Our operation's building is over 13,000 square feet. This structure
includes a full service mechanics' shop, storage areas for materials and
equipment, as well as garages. Our in-house certified mechanics provide
regular maintenance on all equipment. This ensures that the right piece
of equipment is available for the job. In addition to our fleet of over
thirty trucks, we have twenty-two pieces of heavy material handling and
grading equipment, and more than seventy pieces of outdoor power
equipment.
Our complex allows for the most extensive care of plant material and
equipment management. Eichenlaub has an on-site plant storage area that
combines the appropriate needs of irrigation, sunlight, and protection
to make sure that the plants acquired for each job are kept thriving so
your project will look its best when they are installed. An additional
section of the complex is dedicated to the storage of thousands of cubic
yards of compost, mulch, topsoil and other materials regularly required
on jobs.
Every job performed by Eichenlaub is done with environmental stewardship
at the forefront. We not only use the best ecological methods on your
property but we also assure that the organic debris generated on our
jobs is recycled. Our commitment to the environment is not just a phrase
we say; it is an integral part of every job we do.
In early 2005, Eichenlaub became part of a
revolutionary group, LandOpt, LLC. LandOpt empowers a select group of
highly qualified, regionally-based landscape contractors with a powerful
portfolio of business systems to dramatically improve their growth,
profitability and productivity. Select contractors will receive an
exclusive territory to use the LandOpt system within a defined service
area.
LandOpt combines best-in-class sales and
operations systems with continuing professional development,
recruitment, and training to provide licensees the tools and skills
necessary to optimize the quality of their delivered service products
and the lifetime value of their customer accounts. The LandOpt products
are organized into these functional areas: Sales and Marketing,
Operations Management, Business Management, Human Resource Management,
Professional Development, and Comprehensive Technology Solution.
LandOpt licensees will have access to a set of established business
procedures for performing all management functions of their businesses.
These procedures will be supported by web based software applications.
Ongoing support is also provided in the use of these applications.
